FULL DESIGN & RD
We can R&D, design and manufacture bespoke solutions for your electric vehicle project. Whether that be for UAV or ground based vehicle.
We are experts in the design and manufacture of brushless motors and electric vehicle technology and have worked with some of the biggest names in the world delivering product and solutions.
We offer dedicated specialist premises that only focus on the task in hand. We do not mix R&D and manufacture and teams working in each of the areas are experts in the field in which they specialise.
ABOUT OUR THREE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
FACILITY ONE
The KO manufacturing facility consists of 3 separate premises. The first being very close to the Jiangsu CBD and houses our R&D team and prototyping facilities. Here we have full CNC 3 Axis and CNC Lathe facilities, as well as a dedicated stator winding department focused on developing new motor winds and researching magnet / stator configurations.
FACILITY TWO
The second facility produces our main-line post R&D first run products in a state of the art factory, spanning 5000sqm with gantry facilities for finished single products up to 20 metric tons.
FACILITY THREE
The third facility produces high quality carbon fibre and GRP moulded products including; propellers , air frames and structural parts using the very latest in automated production lines . This facility also has static testing facilities capable of testing both electric and internal combustion power systems up to 350hp.

Hadron Energy has invested heavily in the very best and highest quality of machinery, with a several assembly lines for soft cell and 18650 battery packs.
A full bespoke design service is available, including battery management system design and battery design and manufacture.
Hadron Energy has been producing battery packs since 2014 and has a very large customer base covering, government, military and commercial entities.
